These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of our website and the travel services we provide, including Accommodation bookings, travel packages, and related services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

Definitions

• “We,” “Us,” or “Our”: Refers to Sacred India Travels, a travel agency based in India.
• “You” or “Customer”: Refers to the individual or entity using our website or services.
• “Services”: Includes Accommodation bookings, tour packages, transportation, and other travel-related services.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process:
   • Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or in person.
   • You must provide accurate personal and travel information (e.g., full name, contact details, passport details).
   • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and a booking confirmation issued by us.
2. Payment Terms:
   • Payments must be made as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
   • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified by us.
   • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes unless specified.
3. Price Changes:
   • Prices are subject to change due to factors like currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or third-party price increases.
   • We will inform you of any price changes before confirming your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by You:
   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@sacredindiatravels.in .
   • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
     • More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
     • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
     • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
   • Some services (Cab, hotels) may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at booking.
2. Cancellation by Us:
   • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
   • In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule, but we are not liable for additional costs (e.g., personal travel expenses).
3. Refunds:
   • Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days, subject to third-party refund policies.
   • No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, or voluntary tour modifications.

Changes to Itineraries

• We may modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, operational issues, or safety concerns.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives but are not liable for changes beyond our control.
• You will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

Travel Documents and Compliance

• You are responsible for obtaining travel documents required for your trip by your own.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel guidelines of the destinations visited.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Third-Party Services

• Our services may include arrangements with third parties, such as hotels, Cabs, or local tour operators.
• These third parties operate under their own terms, and we are not liable for their actions, omissions, or service failures.
• We will provide details of third-party terms upon request or at the time of booking.

Liability

1. Our Liability:
   • We act as an intermediary between you and service providers and are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third parties or external events.
   • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked through us.
2. Your Liability:
   • You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions to our property or that of third-party providers.
   • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other risks. (Do these by your Own)
• You are responsible for arranging your own insurance, and we are not liable for losses not covered by insurance.

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or strikes.
• In such cases, we will offer reasonable alternatives or refunds, subject to our cancellation policy.

User Conduct

• You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.
• You must not:
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use our website for unauthorized or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Sacred India Tour & Travels.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
