Children Policy

• Children under 5:
   Infant below 5 years old sharing same room with 2 adults is free of charge. (limited to 1 child/1 room)
   From the 2nd child: charged at 50% of adult rate (without extra bed)
• Children from 5 to 11 years old:
   stays in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 50% at the adult rate (without extra bed).
   1 child stays in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 75% of the adult rate (with extra bed)
   1 child stays in a double/twin room with 1 adult: charged at 85% of the adult rate.
   2 children stay in a separate double/twin room are charged 85% of the adult rate
   1 child stay in a separate single room is charged 85% of full price single cabin
• Joining tour policy for children
   Children under 5 years old sit with parents, free of charge
   Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 75% at the adult rate (2 adults with 1 child 5 – 8 years old, the
  second child is charged 100% at the adult rate)
   Children over 9 years old is charged 100% at the adult rate

• The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixing by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must cover unless amendment or cancellation make by clients themselves (Non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients)
• Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduct number of Pax in quoted group.
• Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
• Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote bases on the hotel policy

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, fees will be charged accordingly to the day that official notice in writing is received at Head Office.

 30 days before arrival date: 20% of total tour price
 14 days before arrival date: 100% of total tour price
(FIT) booking
 25 days before arrival date: 20% of total tour price
 14 days before arrival date: 35% of cruise price and 100% of hotel price
Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as wars, strikes, earthquakes, etc. will be considered subject to each case.
