Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 14–30 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Conditions for Refund

Name Changes

Itinerary Changes

  • Sacred India Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, political unrest, or supplier issues.
  • We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives and notify you of significant changes as soon as possible.

Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or strikes, that prevent the provision of services, Sacred India Travels will not be liable for any losses or damages.
  • Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the policies of our suppliers and the cancellation charges outlined above.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and other unforeseen events.
